Helping each other know & follow Jesus in our home, city, and world.

Join us Sundays @ 10:30 AM

I have told all your people about your justice.
I have not been afraid to speak out,
as you, O Lord, well know.
 Psalm 40:9 (NLT)

Your Purpose:

The Christian's purpose is clear in Scripture: to glorify God's name, enjoy Him, and to commend the awesome glory of His works to others.

God will send people who are forgetful, discouraged, empty, deceived, seduced, kidnapped, or weary into your path. Your job is to help them see for the first time or to remember the awesome glory of God—the glory of his grace, wisdom, power, faithfulness, sovereignty, patience, kindness, mercy, and love.

Staying Motivated:

Daily Scripture reading and communion with God is critical if we are to remember our purpose in all the busyness and craziness of our lives. Paul Tripp writes, "Personal time in the Bible will stimulate God-awareness. Consistently returning to the Word will prevent God-amnesia. As sinners, we’re in constant danger of forgetting (at a practical level) that God exists" (Paul Tripp).
