How's it Going?

"I appeal to you therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship." Romans 12:1

The greatest news is that, if you have trusted in Jesus Christ, you ARE a living sacrifice. You are HIS, you are LOVED, and you are being made HOLY! (Read Ephesians 2 for a great reminder of this!)

Do not let your pride, your shame, or the lies in your head keep you from asking for help! The body of Christ, the Church, is here to help allow the gospel to saturate every area of our lives. It's time we are honest with each other, remind each other of the truth, and encourage one another in the gospel. ("24 And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, 25 not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near.” Hebrews 10:24-25)

It might be as simple as hitting reply to this e-mail and asking for help. Asking your fight club to pray for you. Reaching out to your kGroup for advice and prayer. Talk to your spouse. Seek godly council. Get into the Word and watch the incredible things that God can and will do in your life!
